On a lighter note: The Red Army and the Bee Gees !

Post-Soviet Russia may have transitioned to “socialist consumerism,” complete with smart phones, brand new cars, suave boutiques, modern homes, and all the other trappings of despicable imperialistic consumerism, but she has not abandoned the ole martial spirit that sets her apart from bankrupt capitalism.

Glasha Rinta, born in Canada but now living in Moscow, is a young YouTuber who has created this clip below coupling Russian military troops stomping in Moscow with one of the most famous songs of the Bee Gees as the parade march.

The synchronization between the lockstep and the Bee Gees in perfect. Note also the smiling faces, a trademark of Russian military parades, the attractive female contingent, and the complete absence of “multicultural” presence in the ranks.

Good job, Glasha!
